Ducale, Salice Salentino Riserva 2020

Ducale are a wonderful winery found in the small town of Salice, which is a part of the wider Puglia region of southern Italy. The warm climate and plenty of sunshine are harnessed perfectly by Ducale in the production of their warming, fruit-driven red wines. Salice Salentino Riserva 2020 is made from a blend of Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera. Aged for 2 years in barrel, it is a full, robust and velvety red. Flavours of plum, cherry and blackberry mingle with more savoury flavours of oak, chocolate and leather. A great wine to pair with cheeses or with hearty dishes.
